Has been established for over Twenty Five years and was primarily set up by Tony Eales as a sole trader. For Two years now the company has become a limited company to assist individuals or companies involved in the construction industry.
This assistance took the form of Project Management and construction cost control and it was through the successful completion of these works and dealings with numerous differing trades we were able to carry out construction works.
Since being established a steady growth has been maintained without the need to actively pursue works. This is mainly due to our commitment to each contract and more importantly to the client, ensuring a high quality of workmanship, on time and within budget. This is achieved by our emphasis being placed on teamwork, which we like to install from the client to the smallest contractor.
The ability to work as a team ensures that everybody in the project takes pride and care with thier work in order not to let the team down. This naturally results in a combined commitment from everybody involved so as to achieve key dates and overcome any problems encountered on the way.
Has a background in site management, commencing in a small but professional practise, later gaining experience with a major contractor for a number of years. Here he developed management skills with both projects and people.
Contracting from within the Ford Motor Company he successfully managed projects from £150k to £8m.
Started in the construction industry as a quantity surveyor. Working for contractors in the "Ford Motor Company" he soon became a versatile and key employee, here he gained a wealth of knowledge about the industrial sector of the construction industry. He set up his own company in 1985 and gaining quality experiance in his own right.
It is the amalgamation of qualities from all the above which ensures A.C.EALES Builders Limited offers a friendly, reliable and quality service required to produce a first class finish.
Brings a wealth of on site experiance from his days as a bricklayer, forming his own company in 1982 now in its 28th year and has matured into the thriving company it is today.
Tony has carried out many projects in the civil and domestic markets of the construction industry, all with outstanding success and satisfaction from both client and company.
Tony has built excellent working relationships with national and international companies such as "Ford Motor Company" "Taylor Wimpey" "Bellway Homes" and more and has earned a reputation for quality, commitment and reliability.
